Most models really like to eat healthy but being pregnant induces an intense desire to consume a specific food. During my pregnancy, I had the craved Mac and Cheese which quickly shifted to chocolate. Glucose in the form of chocolate became my best friend. As a natural fruit lover, I decided to compromise, resulting in what a call the best of the worst.
Enjoy your cravings but don't let them become the center of your diet. I know this sounds like a miracle waiting to be seen but you can keep it under control.
Take a long walk on a short treadmill. I found this to be a winning distraction!
